AHAM is the data fiduciary for personal data collected on this site, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect and why
Order data (name, address, phone, email) — to fulfil and invoice your order.
Questionnaire answers — only after your consent, only to generate your design. Never shared with advertisers, never used for profiling outside design generation.
Push notification tokens — only if you opt in.
Payment details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store card or UPI credentials.
Your rights
Access, correction and erasure of your data; withdrawal of consent at any time; grievance redressal. Use your account page or contact our grievance officer.
Retention
Orders and invoices: 8 years (tax law). Questionnaire answers without an order: deleted after 90 days. Push tokens: removed after 9 months of inactivity.
